About 10 Hrs
10-Hours is a mark for age group excellence in Ironman Triathlon. An Ironman consists of a 2.4 mile swim, a 112 mile bike ride, and a 26.2 mile run. At most Ironman races, Florida and Austria excluded, completing an Ironman Competition in less than 10-Hours will garner you a coveted Kona spot.

To achieve such a goal one usually must make many sacrifices. These sacrifices include time away from friends, family and work. In addition, and most importantly, to achieve such a goal, one must overcome their limitations.

Limitations come in all shapes and sizes and the list of limitations is potentially endless. Limitations, however, can be expressed as physical or mental. Physical limitations might, for example, include an inability to run a 3:30 marathon off the bike or an inability to complete the 112 mile bike course in 5 hours. Mental limitations might include self doubt, negative thinking, or the inability to focus on the task at hand for 10-Hours.

My goal is to help you destroy YOUR LIMITATIONS as I DESTROY MINE. In essence, I want to work hard and smart and make my limitations my strengths. That is what 10-Hours is all about.
