Twelve weeks is not that long
Well my Six Week build to prepare for my Ironman Build is over.  Knowing Hillary I had better batton down the hatches and hold on tight because its going to be a rough ride.

Truthfully, I have absolutely no idea what to expect.  The last couple of weeks have resembled what someone might do if they were training to do really well at a Sprint distance event.  We are talking lots and lots of speed and power stuff.  Literally, I have not ran over 10 miles since Kona and my longest ride was this Thursday at 64 miles.  Hence, I am not in the kind of shape that I am used to being in 12 weeks out.

Having some time off has been great.  The highlight was taking my kids to see the Hottest Band in the World was a freaking blast.  Here are a couple of shots from that:
