Dr. Jonathon Glashow is a board certified orthopedic surgeon and co-chief of sports medicine at New York's Mount Sinai Medical Center and has been in private practice for 18 years. He specializes exclusively in shoulder and knee injuries including advance arthoscopic all-inside ACL reconstruction, double row suture bridge rotator cuff repairs, as well as state of the art techniques to repair labral, meniscal and condral injuries.

Sun Devil Masters Swimming (SDM) is a swim club for anyone interested in the benefits of swimming. We currently have about 160 members including beginning swimmers, fitness enthusiasts, triathletes, Masters national champions and world record holders, former NCAA champions, Olympic medalists and World Record Holders.
Everyone enjoys the benefits of structured workouts and professional coaching in a relaxed environment. Members must be 18 years of age or older and registered with the Arizona Local Masters Swim Committee (LMSC) of United States Masters Swimming (USMS). Swimmers range from their 20's to 80's in age and across all skill levels. Competition is voluntary. Workouts are scheduled conveniently and the friendly coaching staff has over 50 years experience and is very dedicated.

Tri-Families events are put together with everyone in mind. All of our events include a Youth division as well as Adult race. Our triathlons go five deep in 5-year age increment awards, and we make sure that no child goes away without at least a ribbon!
